# <u>Automate Fuel Ordering</u>

Thew new auto-order fuel feature simplifies fuel management by automatically creating planned fuel orders when tank levels reach predefined thresholds. With an easy setup process and built-in approval controls, EKOS helps ensure your sites stay fueled without constant manual monitoring.

## <u>How the Bulk Fuel Auto Feature Works</u>

1. **CONFIGURE:** Configure suppliers and dispatch contacts
2. **ASSIGN**: Assign a primary supplier to each tank
3. **SET IT**: Set reorder points and minimum load quantities
4. **FORGET IT**: EKOS monitors new inventory readings based on your parameters. When a reorder point is reached, EKOS generates a planned order for the primary supplier
5. **APPROVAL**: Orders are approved with a simple one-click approval via email or within EKOS

EKOS helps you prevent tanks from running out of fuel, reduce manual monitoring and ordering, and avoid duplicate or runway orders.
