## Overview

The **Inventory On Hand Report** shows exactly what's sitting on your shelves right now, warehouse by warehouse, part by part. It's the report you pull when you're reconciling physical inventory to what the system thinks you have, when you're preparing a stock audit, or when someone asks "do we have any of those left?"

Because it covers every part with an available quantity, it's the single best source of truth for current stock levels across all of your warehouses.

## How to Get Started

From the **Report Portal**, run the **Inventory On Hand Report**. Filter by warehouse if you only need part of your inventory, and export.

## What the Report Shows

For each warehouse, the report lists every part currently in inventory with:

- Part number and description
- Quantity on hand
- Warehouse location

Parts are grouped by warehouse, so you can see stock positions at each location in one view — useful for multi-site fleets that need to balance inventory across yards or regions.

## Filtering and Exporting

From the Report Portal, you can:

- **Filter by warehouse** to narrow the report to a specific location.
- **Export as PDF** for a printed stock summary or audit document.
- **Export as CSV** when you need to reconcile the report against a physical count or feed the data into another system.

## Automating Delivery

If parts managers or finance team members need regular stock snapshots, use the schedule icon on the report card to automate delivery. Pick your frequency, choose recipients, and EKOS will email or FTP the report on that schedule.
