## Overview

Preventative maintenance only works if it actually gets done on time. The **Due Soon Report** gives your team a clean look at every upcoming or overdue PM across the fleet, so nothing slips through the cracks and no vehicle goes longer than it should between services.

It's the report that keeps your PM program honest — pull it weekly, plan the shop, and walk into the week knowing exactly what's due, what's coming up, and what's already late.

## How to Get Started

From the **Report Portal**, run the **Due Soon Report**. Apply any department or asset filters you need, and export.

## What the Report Shows

For each vehicle, the report lists preventative maintenance that is:

- **Due soon** — PMs coming up based on time, meter, or other triggers
- **Overdue** — PMs that should have already been performed

Each row gives you enough context — vehicle, PM type, and due criteria — to plan the work and prioritize what gets into the shop next.

## Filtering and Exporting

From the Report Portal, you can:

- **Filter by department** to pull the PM list for a specific team.
- **Export as PDF** for a printed shop schedule or team briefing.
- **Export as CSV** to import into a planning spreadsheet or scheduling tool.

## Automating Delivery

Most shops run this one on a weekly cadence. Use the schedule icon on the report card to automate the delivery — pick your frequency, choose your recipients, and EKOS will email or FTP it out every week without you having to remember.
