## Overview

The **Completed Work Orders Report** is your record of everything the shop finished in a given window of time. For any date range you pick, it lists every completed work order with the details that matter — asset, department, scheduled and completion dates, and the technician who closed it out — so you can review what got done, who did it, and when.

It's the go-to report for shop performance reviews, month-end close-outs, and any time someone asks "what did we actually fix last quarter?"

## How to Get Started

From the **Report Portal**, run the **Completed Work Orders Report**. Choose the date range you care about, apply any department or technician filters if needed, and export.

## What the Report Shows

For each completed work order inside your date range, the report pulls in:

- Work order number and description
- Asset (vehicle) and department information
- Scheduled date and actual completion date
- Assigned technician(s)
- Associated cost or labor details

Because every completed work order is listed out, the report gives you a clean audit trail of fleet maintenance activity — not just summary numbers, but the actual work behind them.

## Filtering and Exporting

From the Report Portal, you can:

- **Filter by date range** to scope the report to a specific period.
- **Filter by department** or other attributes to narrow the list.
- **Export as PDF** for review meetings or sharing with leadership.
- **Export as CSV** when you want to slice the data in Excel or feed it into another system.

## Automating Delivery

If you review completed work weekly or monthly, the schedule icon on the report card lets you automate it. Pick your frequency and recipients, and EKOS will send it out on that cadence — no more manual report runs.

For a full walkthrough of how scheduling works, see the **Report Portal** help page.
