## Overview

The **Vehicles by Make and Model** report is a simple but useful one: every active vehicle in your fleet, organized by make, sorted by model. It's the report you pull when you need a clean inventory cut, when you're negotiating with a specific OEM, when parts are planning stock based on what's actually in the fleet, or when leadership asks "how many of X do we have?"

No date range, no calculations — just a straightforward look at the fleet composition.

## How to Get Started

From the **Report Portal**, run the **Vehicles by Make and Model** report. Apply any filters if needed, and export.

## What the Report Shows

Every active vehicle in the fleet, grouped and sorted:

- **Grouped by make** — all Ford vehicles together, all Peterbilts together, and so on
- **Sorted by model within each make** — F-150s together, F-250s together, and so on
- Key identifying details for each vehicle (asset number, year, license, or department as applicable)

The result is a clean fleet composition view that makes comparisons and counts easy.

## Filtering and Exporting

From the Report Portal, you can:

- **Export as PDF** for a printable inventory list.
- **Export as CSV** for analysis, pivot tables, or sharing with OEMs and parts vendors.

## Automating Delivery

If the fleet list needs to go to finance, audit, or OEM partners on a regular cadence, use the schedule icon on the report card to set up automated delivery.
