## Overview

The **Part Usage Report by Warehouse** is the multi-site companion to the Part Usage Report. For teams running more than one warehouse, it slices part consumption by location — so you can see which parts are getting used at each site, compare usage patterns across warehouses, and tune each location's inventory to what it actually burns through.

If your operation stocks the same part in different yards, this is the report that tells you where it's getting used — and where it isn't.

## How to Get Started

From the **Report Portal**, run the **Part Usage Report by Warehouse**. Pick your date range, filter by warehouse if you only need a subset, and export.

## What the Report Shows

Grouped by warehouse, the report shows part consumption across all work orders in the date range:

- Part number and description
- Quantity used at each warehouse
- Ranked or grouped by warehouse so each location has its own section

The result is a side-by-side view of what each warehouse is consuming — invaluable for balancing stock across sites and spotting locations that are over- or under-consuming.

## Filtering and Exporting

From the Report Portal, you can:

- **Filter by date range** to scope the report to any period.
- **Filter by warehouse** to narrow the view to specific locations.
- **Export as PDF** for a summary of usage by warehouse.
- **Export as CSV** when you want to build cross-site analyses in Excel.

## Automating Delivery

If parts managers at each location need their own usage report, use the schedule icon on the report card to set up automated delivery — filtered to the warehouse that matters for each recipient.
