## Overview

The **Out of Stock Parts Report** is the quick read on everything that's either ran out or gone into the red. For each warehouse, it lists every part with a zero or negative on-hand quantity, so your parts team can reorder what's missing and investigate why anything went negative in the first place.

It's the short list you actually want — not everything in inventory, just the parts that need attention right now.

## How to Get Started

From the **Report Portal**, run the **Out of Stock Parts Report**. Filter by warehouse if needed, and export.

## What the Report Shows

For each warehouse, the report lists every part with a zero or negative quantity:

- Part number and description
- Current on-hand quantity (zero or less)
- Warehouse location

Parts are grouped by warehouse, so it's easy to hand each location its own reorder list.

## Filtering and Exporting

From the Report Portal, you can:

- **Filter by warehouse** to generate a location-specific shortage list.
- **Export as PDF** for a printed reorder sheet.
- **Export as CSV** to import into a purchasing workflow or combine with vendor lead times.

## Automating Delivery

Most parts teams run this one daily or weekly. Use the schedule icon on the report card to automate it. Pick your frequency, choose recipients, and EKOS will send it out on that cadence.
