## Overview

The **Technician Efficiency Summary Report** is the one-page, high-level view of how your techs are performing. Where the full Technician Efficiency Report shows every work order and the detail behind each number, Summary rolls it up: one row per technician, the headline stats, and you're done.

It's the report to pull when you want a quick read on shop performance without wading into the work-order-level detail.

## How to Get Started

From the **Report Portal**, run the **Technician Efficiency Summary Report**. Pick your date range and export.

## What the Report Shows

For each technician in the date range, the report shows high-level efficiency statistics:

- Total estimated time across completed work orders
- Total actual time
- Efficiency metrics (overall variance, percentage, or ratio)
- Work order count and any other roll-up stats

The result is a single, scannable snapshot of the shop — one line per tech, sortable and comparable.

## Filtering and Exporting

From the Report Portal, you can:

- **Filter by date range** to scope the report to a specific period.
- **Export as PDF** for a clean, printable summary for team meetings.
- **Export as CSV** when you want to build trends over time or combine with other HR or ops data.

## Automating Delivery

If shop leadership reviews efficiency regularly, use the schedule icon on the report card to automate delivery. Pick your frequency, choose recipients, and EKOS takes it from there.
