## Overview

The **Full Vehicle Detail Report** is your comprehensive record of everything EKOS knows about each vehicle in your fleet — specifications, lifecycle details, assignments, and the full set of attributes that make up a vehicle's profile. It's the report to pull when you need a complete inventory, when onboarding a new fleet manager who needs to get up to speed, or when someone asks for a comprehensive vehicle list for budgeting or audit purposes.

You can scope the report down to a specific department or vehicle type when you only need a slice, or run it wide for a full fleet snapshot.

## How to Get Started

From the **Report Portal**, run the **Full Vehicle Detail Report**. Narrow by department or vehicle type if needed, then export.

## What the Report Shows

For each vehicle in scope, the report pulls in the vehicle's full profile:

- Vehicle specification details (make, model, year, VIN, and related identifiers)
- Lifecycle information (in-service date, current status, and related lifecycle attributes)
- Department and assignment details
- Any additional attributes configured on the vehicle record

The result is a single, exportable record of your fleet's full detail — the kind of document that's useful for handoffs, audits, and leadership reviews.

## Filtering and Exporting

From the Report Portal, you can:

- **Filter by department** to limit the report to specific teams.
- **Filter by vehicle type** to pull only certain classes of asset.
- **Export as PDF** for a polished, printable vehicle catalog.
- **Export as CSV** when you need the data in a spreadsheet for further analysis.

## Automating Delivery

If leadership or finance wants a fleet list on a regular cadence, use the schedule icon on the report card to automate it. Pick your frequency and recipients, and EKOS will send it out on that schedule without extra work.
