## Overview

The **Asset Billing Report - Master Summary** is the fleet-wide companion to the Department Detail report. Where Department Detail goes deep into work-order-level costs by department, Master Summary pulls the big picture: every asset's total spend — fuel, maintenance, and everything in between — rolled up for the date range you choose, with a Cost Summary section at the bottom that ties the whole thing together.

It's the report to pull when you want the 30,000-foot view of what your fleet cost you this month, this quarter, or this year.

## How to Get Started

Go to the **Report Portal** and run the **Asset Billing Report - Master Summary**. Pick your date range, apply any filters, and export in the format that works best for you.

## What the Report Shows

For the date range you select, the report pulls together every cost tied to each asset. At a glance, you can see:

- Each asset's total fuel consumption and fuel cost
- Internal and sublet labor and parts spend
- Discounts and taxes
- Grand total spend per asset

Assets are grouped by department and sorted/totaled by asset number. A **Cost Summary** section at the bottom of the report rolls everything up into fleet-wide totals so you can close the books on a period in one view.

## Filtering and Exporting

From the Report Portal, you can:

- **Filter by date range** to match any reporting period you need.
- **Export as PDF** for a clean, printable fleet-cost summary.
- **Export as CSV** to pull the data into Excel or your finance system.

## Automating Delivery

Most teams want this monthly or quarterly. Use the schedule icon on the report card to set it to run automatically on whatever cadence works — daily, weekly, monthly — and EKOS will email or FTP it to your recipients without you having to remember.
