# **Overview**

The **All Reminders Grid** gives you a complete list of **every reminder in the system**, no matter what status it’s in.

This includes:

- **Scheduled**
- **Due Soon**
- **Due**
- **Satisfied**
- **Cancelled**
- **Dismissed**

This page is useful when you need to look up reminders that have already been completed or turned off—not just the ones still coming up in the PM cycle.

# **How This Page Differs From the PM Manager**

The **PM Manager** only shows **active reminders**

(Scheduled, Due Soon, Due).

The **All Reminders Grid** shows *everything*, including:

- Cancelled reminders
- Dismissed reminders
- Satisfied reminders

If you ever need to look back at what happened with a vehicle’s maintenance reminders, this is the place to do it.

# **Reminders By Status Filters**

![image-20251121-133216.png](media://f1857162-5cd3-4028-8003-326a907473a4)

At the top of the page you’ll see the status summary boxes:

- Scheduled
- Due Soon
- Due
- Satisfied
- Cancelled
- Dismissed

**How the filters work**

- Clicking on a box filters the table below to show only that status.
- Selected filters turn **blue**, so you can clearly see which filters are active.
- You can select **one filter**, **several filters**, or **none**.
- Selecting none will show **all reminders**, regardless of status.

This gives you full control over what you want to review.

# **Reminders Data Table**

**• PM Schedule**

The name of the maintenance job (Oil Change, Annual Inspection, etc.).

**• Due Date**

**• Due Meter**

The mileage or hours expected when the service is due.

**• Attached Work Order**

If a work order was created from the reminder, you can see the link here.
