# Overview

The **PM Manager** is the easiest way to view and manage all Service Reminders across your entire fleet.

Instead of opening each vehicle one by one, this page gives you a **fleet-wide view** of everything that is:

- **Scheduled**
- **Due Soon**
- **Due / Overdue**

## **Top Summary Cards**

At the top of the page you’ll see four boxes that show how many reminders fall into each category:

- **All Active Reminders**
  - Total number of active reminders across the fleet.
- **Scheduled**
  - Reminders that are not due yet.
- **Due Soon**
  - Reminders entering the early warning window (ex: 500 miles before, 15 days before).
- **Due**
  - Reminders that need attention now — these should be addressed as soon as possible.

Each box also has a **“View All”** button which filters the table to show only that status.

## **Reminders Data Table**

This large table lists **every reminder** generated by your PM Programs.

Each row represents one reminder for one vehicle.

## **What the “Create Work Order” Button Does**

Each reminder row in the PM Manager has a **Create Work Order** button. This is a shortcut designed to save you time.

When you click **Create Work Order**:

- EKOS automatically opens the **Create Work Order** form
- The **vehicle** is already selected
- The **specific reminder** you clicked on is already attached to the work order

This means you do **not** have to:

- Search for the vehicle
- Pick it from a list
- Scroll down to the reminder section
- Click “Attach Reminder”

EKOS fills all of that in for you.

**Why this helps**

This saves several steps and reduces mistakes.

It ensures you always attach the correct reminder and speeds up the process of creating a work order — especially when handling many PMs at once.

Whether the reminder is Scheduled or Due, you can turn it into a work order with **one click**.

---

## **Filters**

You can filter the table by:

- Status
- Vehicle
- Department
- PM Schedule
- Due Date
- Due Meter

This makes it easy to find exactly what you’re looking for — for example:

- All inspections due this month
- All oil changes for a specific department
- All reminders for a specific bus or truck

---

# **Due Soon Report **

In the top-right corner, you’ll see a green **“Due Soon Report”** button.

![image-20251121-015855.png](media://f8366866-c004-4fd1-8e19-db6ccab073cb)

Clicking it downloads a **PDF report** showing all reminders that are:

- **Due Soon**
- **Due**

The report is grouped by **department**, making it perfect for:

- Shop meetings
- Routing work to different service centers
- Sending upcoming maintenance lists to supervisors
- Printing and putting on the shop wall

This helps teams stay on top of what needs attention next.
