# Order Board Overview

The **Order Board** provides a centralized view of all active and upcoming fuel orders, helping you monitor alarms, station statuses, tank levels, and delivery progress in real time. This page ensures you stay on top of inventory needs and avoid runouts.

## Key Sections

### 1. Alarm Status

At the top left, you’ll see a summary of active alarms:

- **No Reading**
- **No Alarm**
- **Reorder**
- **Low**
- **Runout**

These indicators help you prioritize where to act first.

### 2. Water Alarms

Displays the number of tanks currently flagged for water contamination. Addressing these quickly ensures product quality and prevents equipment damage.

### 3. Station Status

Shows the overall site breakdown:

- **ATG**
- **WTG**
- **None**

---

### 4. Order Grid

The table lists detailed order and tank-level data:

- **Status** – Current alarm or order condition.
- **Site & Tank** – Location and tank identifiers.
- **Product** – Fuel type stored in the tank.
- **Tank Capacity / Fill** – Max capacity and daily usage rate.
- **Low / Reorder / Last Reading** – Inventory thresholds and last measured values.
- **Available % / Tank Level** – Percentage remaining and visual bar of inventory.
- **Monitor** – Device monitoring the tank
- **Inventory / Water** – Product balance and water presence in the tank.

The progress bars give a quick visual of tank levels, with color indicators highlighting alarms or low status.

Next to each order, you can take actions such as:

- Quick View of key stats at a certain tank
- Creating a new order
- Live connect and send command with the inventory readings from the last 30 days
- View pending orders for a specific tank

## Best Practices

- **Check alarms first** to prevent runouts and downtime.
- **Monitor reorder levels daily** to stay ahead of fuel demand.
- **Track vendor assignments** to confirm upcoming deliveries.
- **Use water alarms** as an early warning to protect your fuel quality.
