# Bulk Fuel Health Check

The **Bulk Fuel Health Check** is designed to help you quickly identify and resolve issues in your bulk fuel operations. It highlights duplicate records, missing documentation, and delivery timing issues so you can stay audit-ready and maintain accurate reporting.

## Key Metrics

At the top of the page, you’ll see issue categories with totals. Each tile shows the number of records requiring review:

- **Duplicate BOLs** – Bills of Lading that appear more than once.
- **Low Estimate Total** – Deliveries where the estimated total cost appears unusually low.
- **Low Estimate PPG** – Deliveries with an estimated price per gallon that is too low.
- **Duplicate Invoice Numbers** – Invoices that share the same invoice number, which may cause accounting conflicts.
- **Early Deliveries** – Deliveries logged before their scheduled date.
- **Late Deliveries** – Deliveries completed after the scheduled date.
- **Missing Contract** – Deliveries that are not tied to a valid supplier contract.

Click **View All** to drill down into records for further review and a grid view for more detailed information. For example, if you are viewing all the missing contracts, the following information will be populated in a grid beneath the state tiles at the top of the page:

- **Delivery Date** – The date the delivery occurred.
- **Site Name** – Location that received the delivery.
- **Request Date** – Original request date.
- **Product** – Fuel type delivered (e.g., ULSD #2, Clear Diesel).
- **Customer PO #** – Customer purchase order number.
- **BOL Number** – Bill of Lading number tied to the delivery.
- **Supplier** – Company that supplied the product.
- **Carrier** – Transport company responsible for delivery.
- **Tank Description** – The tank where the fuel was delivered.
- **BOL Gross Gallons** – Total gallons listed on the BOL.
- **BOL Net Gallons** – Adjusted gallons after corrections (e.g., temperature or density).
- **Estimated Total** – Estimated total cost of the delivery.
- **Estimated Price Per Gallon** – Estimated cost per gallon.

You can filter the table using the date, site name, supplier, or other column fields to narrow down missing records.

### Tips for Using the Health Check

- Regularly check the **Duplicate BOLs** and **Duplicate Invoice Numbers** sections to avoid accounting discrepancies.
- Use **Early and Late Deliveries** to track carrier performance and scheduling accuracy.
- Resolve **Missing Contract** items quickly to ensure compliance with supplier agreements.
- Keep an eye on **Low Estimate Total/PPG** to spot potential pricing errors or incomplete data.
