# Racks City Map

It is important to be able to quickly identify the closest and best priced location from which to pull fuel. The Racks Map displays all nearby racks for each of your sites, as well as the current average prices in each city.

The Green Tank icons represent your fuel sites - Click on each tank icon to review the rack city details designated for each location.

- Fuel Site
- Site Address
- Designated Home Rack
- Approximate distance from all assigned racks
- Average Price per Product

Use the 'Search Radius' at the top right of the map to designate a specific distance around your site to view all racks within the specified range.

Use the 'Satellite' and 'Map' view options at the top right of the map to toggle between views.

Double click the map or use the slider to zoom in and out.

Click the 'Terminals' button above the map to view all the terminal locations throughout the country.

# Racks Grid

The racks grid shows you the city and state of each rack along with the latitude and longitude for your convenience. This list can be exported to a CSV.

# Terminals Map

It is important to know where your bulk suppliers pull fuel product for your sites. Terminals can service suppliers in multiple states. The Terminals Map in EKOS shows all the fuel terminals in the United States that are registered with the IRS. Each terminal is mapped and marked by a red balloon. You can click on a terminal by clicking on the red map marker and general information about the terminal including its address and its Terminal Control Number (“TCN”) assigned by the IRS. This number identifies the registered terminals and can assist in identifying the supply source. Use the zoom slider and switch to Satellite to view a satellite image of the terminal.

The IRS provides a list of Fuel Terminals on their website.  [This link](https://www.irs.gov/businesses/small-businesses-self-employed/terminal-control-number-tcn-terminal-locations-directory) will take you time a page where you can choose which type of file format you would like to download. 

The IRS, in recent years, has been updating this list more frequently.  EKOS makes efforts to sync with the IRS list every 6-12 months.

# Terminals Grid

The Terminals Grid in EKOS is a complete list of the Fuel Terminals in the United States that are registered with the IRS.  The grid is also the same data source as the terminals map. You can search for terminals using the sort a filter capabilities, and you can export the terminals in a CSV format. Get a quick glance at the top of your total terminals, total US states and total Canadian provinces.

# My Home Racks

EKOS has added a page for your home racks to view them all in the same grid. The following fields are populated in this grid:

- Fuel Site
- Home Rack
- All Rack Cities
- Has Terminal Distance
- County
- State
- Auto-set Rack Cities

This grid view can be exported to a CSV.
