# Integrations

EKOS has invested heavily on integrating with industry partners and vendors so EKOS can save you time by eliminating manual processes.  EKOS is now connected to more suppliers, pricing services, and electronic invoices. EKOS is now providing AP integrations for bulk fuel invoices to your accounting system.  We have an EKOS standard file, and we can also customize a file for your specific needs.

### NEW Automated Fuel Invoice Integrations

- DTN:  EKOS is now fully integrated to receive automated fuel invoices through DTN (the industry leader in standardizing and sending digital invoices).  All the following are now sending digital invoices to EKOS which means EKOS can import the fuel invoices automatically, so you don’t have to key them in.
  - Mansfield, Petroleum Traders, Truman Arnold, NOCO Energy, Rhinehart Oil, Offen Petroleum, Sprague Energy, World Fuel Services, Dennis k Burke, Parkland, PS Energy, Marathon, REG Energy,
  - If you are using one of these suppliers, upgrade to the new EKOS Invoice Audit feature and we will help you get setup with the supplier to receive digital invoices in EKOS.
- Propane:  EKOS is now able to automatically receive and import digital propane invoices.  Some of the largest propane suppliers in the United States are now directly sending invoices to EKOS.
  - Amerigas, Suburban Propane,
- Mobile Refueling:  Mobile refueling invoices are often unique and complicated and time consuming to manually enter into your systems.  EKOS can now automatically accept digital mobile refueling invoices including the ability to store odometers and vehicle numbers that are part of the invoice details.
  - Mansfield, the largest mobile refueler in the U.S, is the first supplier to send mobile refueling invoices to EKOS.
- DEF: Mansfield, who is also the largest DEF supplier in the U.S, is now sending DEF invoices to EKOS directly.

### NEW Transaction file integration

- FUEL CLOUD:  EKOS is now accepting Fuel Cloud transaction streams.  EKOS brings in the transactions after integrating directly with Fuel Cloud on your behalf and then EKOS can add extra value such as performing inventory reconciliation and also enabling Fleet Module features such as PMs and Inspections.

### NEW Fuel Supplier Price Integrations

- PLATTS:  EKOS is expanding the number of Price Reporting Agencies (“PRAs”) it is integrated with and PLATTS is the newest edition.  Having access to receive prices from PRAs such DTN, OPIS, PLATTS and others give our customers the get more competitive pricing from suppliers.  If you have a PLATTS subscription or receive PLATTS prices from your suppliers then EKOS can integrate the prices to your contracts and throughout the entire invoice posting and audit process.
- BPN (Butane Propane News):  EKOS is now integrated with BPN for national propane prices.

### NEW Accounting System Integrations

- ORACLE:  EKOS can now integrate with Oracle for fuel invoices and other transaction files.  If you have a unique Oracle file setup then the EKOS team will still need to customize for you but for organizations that use Oracle you can feel confident that EKOS can integrate.
- EKOS A/P Fuel Invoice – Standard:  EKOS has created a standard file template for exporting A/P fuel invoices that have been marked as “POSTED”.  The standard file, if used, can be used by your programmers to setup the integration without additional charges.  EKOS will charge an estimated $2,500 per customer A/P file integration if you need the EKOS team to code a file to your existing specification.
