In each of the individual stat cards listed above, you can view all associated items in a grid view. --- # All Deliveries Grid It is important to record all your bulk fuel deliveries in EKOS. Delivery information is required to utilize both the Bulk Fuel Scorecard and Inventory Reconciliation. To get to the Deliveries grid, navigate to the Deliveries application from the Bulk Fuel module on the homepage. This is a corporate level view of all deliveries for all sites. You can sort these results by clicking on the header of the grid. Use the icons to the right of each record to view or update a specific delivery and use the site selector to the left to narrow your results. If you dispatch your fuel using the Buy Now order form, then recording your deliveries will begin using the Paper Trail link. This link provides a delivery form that is partially completed based on your order details. You can create a New Entry, Export the results, or view Pending Requests using the operation buttons above the grid.  ![image](media://b91628cf-2753-4d72-aa6f-e43a1aadb743) ### Unpriced Deliveries Deliveries can be fulfilled from the Paper Trail without recording the price. It is important to record the delivery as soon as it is received to remove the pending delivery notice from the Bulk order form and other dashboards. Many times, you may not have the invoice from your supplier prior to recording the delivery timely. In these cases, you are able to record the delivery without the price. Click the Unpriced hyperlink to the top right of the grid to narrow the results to only view unpriced deliveries.  Click the All Entries hyperlink to the top right of the grid to return to the default view with all deliveries.  --- # New Delivery Entry *STEP 1* To create a new bulk fuel entry, you will first have to fill in delivery details. *STEP 2* After being invoiced, fill in pricing details. You can ignore these fields if you do not have an invoice from your supplier yet, once you have been invoiced you may return to this step on the Bulk Fuel Deliveries unpriced page to complete it. Setting prices in the past will have an end date of the day before the begin date of the next price. Once you have an invoice fill in the price per gallon and the pump fee numbers. From here you can either Save or Save and Set Price. If you choose the save and set price button, EKOS will calculate the weighted average and set the price to the new weighted average for today’s date. All transactions from this tank that occur on today’s date will be set to the new weighted average cost. > ℹ️ Every BOL will have a Gross and Net Gallons on it. The difference between gross and net has to do with temperature correction at the time the fuel is loaded at the terminal. Click here to learn more about gross and net. > ✅ Entering the Rack City and Terminal is optional; however, if you enter them then EKOS can show you the difference between where the supplier / carrier actually pulled the fuel versus where your contract price or quote was based upon. **This could help you negotiate your contract differently next time and save money**. --- ## ATG Deliveries EKOS keeps track of your inventory monitor data under the ATG deliveries grid. You can view these deliveries over a specific time frame by entering in a date range in the upper left-hand corner and clicking go. You can also generate a PDF of this data by a specific range, by clicking on “PDF generator” in the top right-hand corner. Export all data as a CSV by clicking the download button above the chart in the right-hand corner. The following data from your ATG will be tracked in EKOS: - Site - Tank - Start Date and Time - End Time - Elapsed Minutes - Starting Volume in Gallons - Ending volume in Gallons - Delivered volume in Gallons - Starting and Ending Temperature (F) - Starting and Ending Height in Inches - Ending Water in Inches --- ## Split Deliveries There are a few ways to receive a delivery of fuel in one or more tanks and enter them into EKOS. View the following options to get more details on entering, receiving, and fulfilling split deliveries: - Enter a Split Delivery: this is used for putting a delivery in EKOS when you didn’t order the fuel in EKOS. To do this, navigate to the Bulk Fuel Module > Deliveries > Create Delivery Entry. - Receive a Split Delivery: this can be accessed from the quick action button (green + at the bottom of the screen), from the populated screen you can choose the original order and the information will prefill for you. - Fulfill a Split Delivery: this can be done similarly to entering a split delivery, but is accessed on a different screen. Navigate to Bulk Fuel > Papertrail. There will be an option to fulfill requests for deliveries upon navigating to this page.*add*
