# Bulk Fuel Dashboard

The **Bulk Fuel Dashboard** provides a real-time view of your company’s bulk fuel purchasing activity. It displays key metrics, reconciliation issues, supplier performance, and site fuel usage to help you track spending, improve efficiency, and maintain accurate records.

## Purchasing Summary

At the top of the dashboard, you’ll find high-level performance stats:

- **Total Loads** – Total number of completed fuel loads.
- **Gallons** – Total gallons purchased.
- **Dollars Spent** – Overall spend on bulk fuel.
- **Average Price** – Average cost per gallon purchased.
- **Average Gallons per Order** – Typical size of each order.
- **Unpriced** – Number of orders that have not yet been priced.

These figures give you an at-a-glance summary of purchasing trends.

## Paper Trail – Month-to-Date (MTD)

Track missing or incomplete documentation:

- **Missing BOL** – Bills of Lading that have not been submitted.
- **Missing Invoice** – Orders with invoices still outstanding.
- **Missing Driver Ticket** – Deliveries without completed driver tickets.
- **Not Dispatched** – Orders created but not yet dispatched.

Keeping this section up to date ensures compliance and smooth auditing.

## Gallons Delivered by Product – MTD

This chart shows the distribution of gallons delivered by product type (e.g., Diesel, DEF, Off-Road Diesel, ULSD). Use it to monitor product mix and ensure your supply aligns with demand.

## Reconciliation Issues
