# Alarm Dashboard

The **Alarms Map** provides a live, interactive view of all ATG and Gasboy alarms across your sites. This tool helps you quickly identify issues that need attention, track alarm urgency levels, and manage site performance in real time.

## Key Features

### 1. Filters

- **ATG Alarms Toggle** – Turn alarms on or off to filter your map view.
- **Urgency Dropdown** – Choose to view alarms by urgency (Critical, High, Medium/Low, or All).

### 2. Alarm Summary Cards

At the top of the page, summary cards display the total number of alarms across urgency levels:

- **ATG Alarms** – Total alarms currently active.
- **Critical Urgency Alarms** – Alarms that require immediate action.
- **High Urgency Alarms** – Alarms that may impact operations soon if not addressed.
- **Medium / Low Urgency Alarms** – Alarms that should be monitored but are less urgent.
- **Sites With No Alarms** – A quick count of sites operating without issues.

Each card also shows:

- **Total Count**
- **New Today** (how many alarms occurred within the current day).

### 3. Alarms Needing Attention

Located on the left panel, this section highlights specific alarms requiring review. Each entry includes:

- **Alarm Type** (e.g., Tank Delivery Needed Warning).
- **Date & Time** the alarm was triggered.
- **Urgency Level** (Critical, High, Medium, or Low).
- **Site/Location Name**.

> ✅ Value Point: Easily create service tickets directly from these alarms which can be converted into Service Orders should you need to dispatch a vendor for a service call

You can take the following action directly from this panel:

- **Create Ticket** – Generate a support or maintenance ticket for follow-up.

### 4. Alarms Map

The interactive map displays your sites and alarm statuses geographically. Use this view to:

- Pinpoint exactly where alarms are occurring.
- Identify clusters or repeated issues by location.
- Quickly confirm which sites are running without alarms.

You can zoom and pan on the map for better visibility of specific regions or sites.

### Best Practices

- **Check daily**: Review alarms at the start of each day to stay ahead of urgent issues.
- **Prioritize critical alarms**: Always resolve Critical and High urgency alarms first.
- **Use tickets for follow-up**: If resolution requires technician support, create a ticket directly from the alarm.
- **Leverage the map**: Use the map view to allocate resources efficiently by identifying problem areas.
