You can easily adjust urgency settings, and choose how you want to be alerted for critical issues related to fuel systems. --- **Navigation Panel (Left Sidebar)** - Categories are grouped by alarm type, including: - OEM Recommended - System - User / Auth Device - Pricing / Credit / POS - Printer / Paper / Receipts - Communications - Dispenser / Pump Click any category to see associated alarms. --- **Alarm Table – OEM Recommended Section** This default view lists high-priority alarms that EKOS recommends monitoring closely. The table has three columns: ![image](media://8780ad82-477c-4a87-aae9-0fd22a165078) #### **Code** - Lists the Alarm code number #### **Name** - A search field lets you filter by specific alarm names. **Description** - Lists the description of the alarm #### **Urgency** - Shows the priority level of the alarm - You can sort or filter by urgency using the dropdown. #### **Daily Briefing** - Toggle this ON to include the alarm in your **daily summary report**. - This helps with routine operational oversight. #### **Immediate Alert** - Toggle this ON to receive **real-time notifications** when the alarm triggers. - Use this for alarms requiring fast action or emergency attention. This page helps monitor various parameters such as reorder points, minimum load quantities, overfill, high and low levels, and run-out levels, ensuring efficient tank management. ![image](media://5729d5cf-22f2-497a-938a-34a1b3190f64) ### Key Features - **Site:** The location where the tank is situated. - **Tank Number:** The unique identifier for each tank. - **Tank Name:** The name of the tank (e.g., Diesel, UST). - **Product:** The type of product stored in the tank. - **Tank Capacity:** The total capacity of the tank. - **Reorder Point:** The quantity at which an alarm should be triggered to reorder the product. - **Minimum Load Quantity:** The minimum amount that must be loaded to trigger an alarm. - **Overfill (95%):** The tank's alarm trigger when it reaches 95% of its capacity. - **High (90%):** The tank’s alarm trigger when it reaches 90% of its capacity. - **Low Level (10%):** The alarm trigger for low-level conditions at 10% of the tank capacity. - **Run Out Level:** The alarm level for when the tank runs out of product. --- ## How to Use the Page ### Editing a Tank’s Settings 1. Click the **edit** icon on the left side of any record to modify the tank alarm settings. 2. Make the necessary updates, such as changing reorder points, adjusting overfill, high/low levels, etc. 3. Click **Save** to update the changes. ### Navigation - The page allows you to view a list of tank records. You can navigate through the pages using the page numbers at the bottom. - You can view **10, 25, or 50 records per page** by adjusting the dropdown menu on the bottom-right corner. ### Filter and Search - **Search bar:** Use the search bar to quickly find specific tank numbers, sites, or tank names. - **Sorting:** You can click on the column headers to sort the table based on that column (e.g., by Tank Number or Site). --- ## FAQs ### 1. What happens when a tank reaches the overfill or low-level alarm? - When the tank reaches overfill (95%), a high-priority alarm is triggered to prevent overflow. Similarly, when the low-level alarm is triggered, it indicates that the tank is nearing depletion, prompting a refill. ### 2. How do I set a new reorder point? - Simply click the **edit** icon next to the tank, modify the **Reorder Point**, and save your changes.
