# Vehicle Manager

Searching for vehicles is now easier with the introduction of the Vehicle Manager. This view presents all vehicles that are on the account with the option to search on several fields. Use the filter options above the grid to narrow your results.

The vehicle manager screen allows you to see the following information about each vehicle:

- Asset #
- Vehicle
- Description
- Category
- Type
- Class
- VIN
- License
- Card - if this vehicle is attached to a fuel card
- Department
- Status
- Last Meter
- Last Meter Date

# Asset View Page

The **Asset View Page** provides a detailed overview of a vehicle's usage, costs, and maintenance status. This page helps fleet managers track asset performance, expenses, and upcoming service needs.

#### **Asset Information**

- Displays the **vehicle name, model, and VIN**.
- Indicates whether the asset is **active or inactive**.
- Icons for **editing the asset, adding integrations, or viewing details**.

#### **Last Meter & Lifetime Usage**

- **Last Meter:** Tracks the most recent odometer reading.
- **Lifetime Usage:** Displays total miles driven and estimated years in service.

#### **Vehicle Integrations**

- Shows **connected authentication devices, telematics, and fuel card integration** status.

**Cost Summary**

This section provides an overview of total expenses:

- **Transactions:** Number of fuel or service-related transactions.
- **Fuel Cost:** The total amount spent on fuel.
- **Service Cost:** The total spent on maintenance and repairs.
- **Work Orders:** The number of service jobs logged.
- **Cost Per Mile:** The average operating cost per mile driven.
- **Total Cost:** The sum of all asset-related expenses.

**Cost of Ownership Chart**

- A **graphical representation of fuel and service costs** over different time periods:
  - **30 Days | MTD (Month-to-Date) | 12 Months | YTD (Year-to-Date) | All Time**
- Helps analyze cost trends and identify spending patterns.

**Service Reminders**

- **Scheduled:** Upcoming maintenance tasks.
- **Due Soon:** Services that need attention soon.
- **Due:** Overdue maintenance tasks that require immediate action.

**Work Orders**

- **Open:** Work orders that are still active and unresolved.
- **Closed:** Completed maintenance or repair work.

**Inspections**

- **Passed:** The number of successful inspections.
- **Failed:** The number of failed inspections requiring corrective action.

**How to Use This Page Effectively**

- **Monitor costs and efficiency** – Identify high-cost assets and optimize usage.
- **Track maintenance schedules** – Ensure timely service to extend vehicle lifespan.
- **Manage work orders** – Keep up with active and closed repair tasks.
