# Fuel Cards Manager

The **Fuel Card Manager** page allows you to manage all active, cancelled, or lost fuel cards in one place. From here, you can view card details, track statuses, and add new cards as needed.

## Key Features

### 1. Cards by Status

At the top of the page, you’ll see a summary of all cards by their current status:

- **Active** – Cards currently in use.
- **New** – Recently added cards not yet assigned.
- **Cancelled** – Cards that are no longer valid.
- **Terminated** – Cards removed from the system.
- **Lost** – Reported lost cards requiring replacement.

### 2. Card Tie Counts

Displays how cards are linked in the system:

- **Vehicle Cards** – Cards tied to specific vehicles.
- **Driver Cards** – Cards tied to specific drivers.

### 3. Card Purchasing Profile Counts

Shows purchasing permissions:

- **Fuel Only Cards** – Restricted to fuel purchases.
- **Other Cards** – Cards with additional or custom permissions.

### 4. Card List Table

The main grid displays details of each card:

- **EKOS ID** – Unique system identifier.
- **Card #** – Fuel card number.
- **Account** – Linked account number.
- **Tie** – Driver or vehicle the card is assigned to.
- **Embossing** – Printed name/label on the card.
- **Off-Site** – Indicator if the card is flagged as off-site.
- **Status** – Current status (Active, Cancelled, etc.).
- **Status Date** – Date of the last status update.
- **Card Profile** – Purchasing permissions assigned to the card.
- **Department** – Department responsible for the card.

You can use the filters above the table to search by **status, date, card profile, or account details.**

### 5. Actions

- **View** – Open card details for a specific card.
- **Add Card** – Use the green “+ Add Card” button to create and assign a new fuel card.

## Best Practices

- **Regularly review lost and cancelled cards** to maintain security.
- **Check department assignments** to ensure costs are allocated correctly.
- **Use purchasing profiles** to limit non-fuel spend.
- **Audit card ties** to verify that cards are linked to the correct driver or vehicle.
