# Driver Manager

The **Driver Manager** allows you to view, organize, and manage all drivers in your system. From this page, you can see driver details, assign cards, check active status, and filter by department.

## Page Overview

- **Stats Panel (Top Section):**
  - **Total Drivers** – Displays the number of drivers currently in the system.
  - **Drivers Without a Department** – Shows how many drivers are not assigned to a department.
- **Driver Table (Main Section):**  
Each row represents a driver record with the following details:
  - **Driver #** – The unique system-assigned driver number.
  - **First Name / Last Name** – The driver’s name.
  - **Card** – The assigned driver card number, if applicable.
  - **Active** – Indicates whether the driver is active in the system.
  - **Status Date** – The last update date for the driver’s status.
  - **Department** – The department the driver is assigned to.
  - **Department Levels 1–3** – Additional levels of department assignment (if applicable).

## Actions

- **View Driver** – Click the **View** button to open driver details and edit settings.
- **Add Driver** – Use the **+ Add Driver** button in the top-right corner to create a new driver record.
- **Filter & Search** – Use the search fields above the table to quickly find drivers by name, number, card, or department.
- **Sort & Navigate** – Use table headers to sort data and pagination controls at the bottom to move between pages.

## Best Practices

- Assign each driver to a **department** for better reporting and tracking.
- Ensure each active driver has a **card** assigned for fueling and usage tracking.
- Use the **Active/Inactive toggle** to keep your driver list current and avoid clutter.
- Regularly review the **Status Date** column to monitor recent updates.

# Driver View Page

The **Driver View Page** provides a detailed look at an individual driver’s information, activity, and fuel usage. From here, you can review driver details, view transactions, and manage driver settings.

## Page Overview

- **Driver Information (Top Section):**
  - **Driver Name & Number** – Displays the driver’s unique ID and name.
  - **Status** – Shows whether the driver is **Active** or **Inactive**.
  - **Department & Levels** – Displays the department and any hierarchical department assignments.
  - **Custom Fields** – Displays any additional fields you’ve configured (if applicable).
- **Driver Statistics (Center Section):**
  - **Gallons** – Total fuel consumed by the driver.
  - **Transactions** – Number of fueling transactions completed.
  - **Dollars** – Total spend for the selected timeframe.
  - **Graph** – A bar chart showing recent fueling activity by date and dollar amount.

## Navigation & Actions

- **Left Panel Tabs:**
  - **Overview** – Current summary of driver activity and spend.
  - **Details** – Full driver profile information.
  - **Transactions** – List of all fueling and related transactions.
  - **Audit** – Change history for the driver record.
  - **Attachments** – Add or view supporting files or photos.
- **Top-Right Actions:**
  - **Create Driver** – Add a new driver record.
  - **Edit Driver** – Modify details for the current driver.

## Best Practices

- Regularly review **transactions** to monitor driver usage and spot unusual activity.
- Use **Audit history** to track changes made to driver information for compliance.
- Keep **Attachments** up to date with required documents (e.g., licenses or certifications).
- Leverage **Custom Fields** to capture additional information specific to your organization.

# Create Driver

To create a driver simply enter in the following details:

- First Name
- Last Name
- Account
- Driver Number
- Department

Then click Create Driver
