# Create Service Vendor

### *Step 1*

Enter Vendor Details by entering the following information:

- Legal Name
- Status
- DBA Name
- Parent Company - If the vendor you are creating has a Parent Company, make sure you enter the parent company name in the field provided. For example, many service offices are regional and are part of a larger organization.
- Year Incorporated
- Website
- Number of Employees
- Description
- Select Vendor Categories - Choosing the service categories that a vendor provides allows EKOS to streamline work for you later on by defaulting your dropdown selection to include vendors from specific categories.

### *Step 2*

Enter the Address

### *Step 3*

Enter Vendor Contact Information and click create vendor
