# Fuel Site Health Check

The **Fuel Site Health Check** dashboard provides a snapshot of potential operational issues across your fuel network. Each card represents a specific category of checks, allowing you to quickly identify and respond to anomalies or data gaps.

### Dashboard Overview

Each tile displays the current number of alerts or flags for its corresponding category. Clicking **"View All"** on any tile will take you to a detailed breakdown of the related records.

### Alert Categories

**High Quantity Transactions**  
Flags any transactions where the fuel quantity exceeds your defined threshold. This can help identify potential over-dispensing events or suspicious activity. EKOS is showing all transactions with an amount greater than or equal to 500 gallons.

**Missing Transactions**  
Indicates expected fuel transactions that were not recorded in the system. These may point to communication errors or logging issues. EKOS is showing every fuel site where the last transaction is 48 hours or more.

**Unusual Fuel Prices**  
Highlights transactions with fuel prices outside of acceptable ranges. This helps catch data entry errors or irregular pricing. EKOS is showing fuel prices less than $2, or prices that are missing within the last 31 days.

**High Quantity Totalizers**  
Detects unusually high totalizer readings, which may suggest calibration issues or misreported data. EKOS is showing the totalizers where the gallons pumped is greater than 5,000 for one hose OR is negative.

**Missing Inventory**  
Shows discrepancies between expected and actual inventory levels. This may indicate losses due to theft, leakage, or mismanagement. EKOS is showing every fuel site where the last inventory reading is 24 hours or more

**ATG Alarms**  
Lists active alarms from Automatic Tank Gauges, such as overfill alerts, water detection, or sensor faults. EKOS is showing active alarms within the last 30 days coming from the ATG's at your fuel sites.

**Zero Consumption**  
Identifies assets (e.g., pumps or vehicles) that have recorded no fuel usage within a specific period, potentially indicating a malfunction or underutilization. EKOS is showing tanks that are enrolled in inventory reconciliation and have no consumption(sold) in the last 48 hours.

### Detailed View – High Quantity Transactions

When selected, this section displays a detailed table including the following fields:

- Transaction Date and Time
- Network
- Site Name
- Vehicle Number
- Driver Number
- Driver Name
- Pump Number
- Product
- Quantity

You can use the input boxes above each column to filter results. If no records are available, the message "No records found" will be shown.

### Navigation and Controls

- Use the arrows at the bottom of the table to page through results.
- Filter individual columns using the input boxes directly beneath the headers.
- Use the options menu (three-dot icon) to manage additional table settings, such as sorting or exporting (if enabled).

### Recommendations

- Review this dashboard regularly to stay ahead of potential operational or compliance issues.
- Investigate each alert promptly to maintain data integrity and ensure accurate reporting.
- Use insights gained from these checks to refine site performance and staff procedures.
