--- title: "Site Grid" canonical: "https://flagshiphelpcenter.myekos.com/space/EHC1/2913697798/Site%20Grid" format: markdown --- [FUEL SITES HELP] # Site Grid When you navigate to the Manage Sites page from the top menu clicking Command > Sites you will be taken to the following screen: ![image](media://3b6b640b-70bc-4a2b-80aa-1ae2fe4316d3) From here you will be able to see all the details associated with your sites. Easily view or edit your sites from the Actions columns to the left of each site row. Click the view button to view details about your site or the pencil icon to edit your site. ![image](media://679c248c-cc24-4de6-a168-f6d96720874c) To export the site list to a csv file, click on the “export to csv” icon located at the top right of the page. You can filter results prior to exporting by using the text boxes at the top of each row. To get to the fuel site ribbon, click on the “list sites” icon next to the export to csv option.  --- ## Add/Create Site Creating fuel sites can be done from multiple locations in EKOS. The following locations can be used to create a new site: - Quick Add Menu – the green + icon located at the bottom of the page - Fuel Site Landing Page - The green “Create Site” button located at the top right of the page. - Command – The application mouseover located at the top of the page. When adding a fuel site complete all the fields with a red * next to them. To fully create the site, follow the following steps: ### *STEP 1* ![image-20231026-212046.png](media://252a543b-8b68-49c6-8769-6ee577658bd6) Enter a name and general details about the Fuel Site. - Site Name: Enter a site description of the site for your records - Site Number: If the site has a number associated with it, this will appear on the fuel site ribbon and view page. - Time Zone: Choose a time zone from the dropdown menu. - Segment: Choose automated, controlled, monitored manual - Site Type: From the dropdown menu select either combination, electric, mobile fuel truck, or permanent fuel site. - Visible: Toggle on or off. By default, EKOS makes sites “visible”; however, EKOS gives you the option and if you choose NO that you do not want the site visible then EKOS will hide the site from certain pages. --- ### *STEP 2* ![image](media://3ae3ce77-e3cc-4876-9581-12c4026c3b8d) Enter the Address. EKOS gives you 2 options for setting up an address. You can either link the site you are creating to an existing address that is already in EKOS or you can enter an entirely new address. --- ### *STEP 3* Enter additional information about the Fuel Site: - Site open and closing times - Gate open and close times - Gate code - Contact information - UST Facility ID# - If your site has an Underground Storage Tank ("UST"), the state for which the tank is located will likely have assigned the site a UST Facility ID#. Often, the number is printed on a UST Permit. - Gasboy Station # - If the site has fire extinguisher plan, SPCC plan (Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) Regulation. For more information [click here](https://www.epa.gov/oil-spills-prevention-and-preparedness-regulations/overview-spill-prevention-control-and))and spill kit. --- ### *STEP 4* Confirm EKOS Home Rack, Freight Distances and Tax Setups. - Setup for you automatically: EKOS has already done the work to setup your site for bulk fuel purchasing if you are planning to use the Bulk Module now or in the future. - Home rack and rack network: EKOs has already chosen your Home Rack by selecting the rack that is nearest to your site. EKOs has also built your rack network by selecting the 4 additional closest sites within a 250-mile radius.
