# Payment Methods

View the default payment method that will be used when one of your EV vehicles is charged on another EKOS Customer’s EV charger. You can updated and change this information from this grid. View a list of your payment methods and payment methods by department.

# Tariffs

View tariffs in EKOS. Easily view Name, Chargers, Currency, Start Fee, Per kWh Fee, Time Tariff, Parking Tariff, and Date of Last Update. Easily add new tariffs by clicking the Add Tariff button in the upper right hand corner.

## Adding a Tariff

1. Tariff Details: Enter a name and currency for your tariff. Currencies cannot be changed later
2. Basic Pricing Information: Enter the starting tariff (excluding taxes), this is a fixed price charged once the vehicle is connected. This is a once=per=charge fee. You can also enter a usage tariff which is priced per kWh.
3. Time-Based Tariff: A time-based tariff applied every interval while the vehicle is consuming energy. Enter the tariff, interval size, and grace period.
4. Parking Tariff: A time-based tariff applied every interval while the vehicle is parked after completing a charge. Enter in the tariff, interval size, and grace period. Then select which days of the week, and time restrictions.
5. Assign EV Chargers: Select which EV chargers will use this tariff. Tariffs will be synced to the chargers in the background.
