# Fleet Module Configurations

1. Set Defaults

- Default Status on Create: This is the status that will be autofilled on the form everytime you create a new work order.
- Last Odometer Tolerance Range: Odometer Tolerance Range - Example: 1000 EKOS will not update your vehicles Last Odometer with any odometers from transactions that are greater than this value from the vehicle’s last odometer (whether above or below). If you leave this field blank, EKOS will not validate any odometers values.
  *Note: This feature will not impact fueling at your fuel sites. If you wish to enable odometer validation at your pumps, you can enable that feature in the Auth Devices Vehicle page.*
- Default Technician Workflow Filter: This is the status that will be auto selected in the workflow on the technician's 'My Work Page'.

2. Label Overrides

If you have custom labels that you would like to display on the work order form, you can override the name of the following fields with your own custom labels.

3. Manage Features

- Enable Moves: Enabling this option will add the moves feature to your account.
- Enable Locations: Enabling this option will allow you to create, update and assign locations to your vehicles. This includes adding a service, refueling, and parking location.
- Enable Parts Desk: Enabling this option will add the parts desk feature.
- Enable Technicians: Enabling this option will add the technicians feature to your account.
- Enable Time Clock: Enabling this option will add the time clock feature to your account.
- Enable Vehicle Asset # Update: Enabling this option will allow you to update the asset # field for fleet vehicles. When disabled this field is locked and cannot be changed.
- Enable Original Technician View: Enabling this option will send technicians to the original view.
- Enable PM Lockout: Enabling this option will automatically block fueling for all vehicles that have PM's with a Due status

From this grid you can also add in vehicle statuses, makes, models, types, and work order statuses.

## Auth Device Linking Tool

Link Auth Devices to your vehicles and assets. This grid will show you all linked devices, unlinked devices, those that need attention and those that are blocked.

## Adjustment Reasons

Add an adjustment reason from the dashboard by clicking on the “Add Adjustment Reason” button from the grid. This will take you to the following screen:

Follow this simple step to create your adjustment reason, enter the reason name and description and then either click “Create & Add Another”, or click “Create Adjustment Reason”.

## Measurement Units

To create a measurement unit from the Fleet Dashboard, click the “Add Measurement Unit” button which will take you to the following screen:

Enter your measurement name, symbol, and description. From there you will have the option to add another or finish the creation of your measurement unit.

## Part Categories

Create a part category by entering the name, category code and any notes associated with the category and then click create.
