## Where to find it

Go to **Fleet Dashboard** > **Work Orders** > **Repair Dashboard**.

## What is affected by the date toggle

The date toggle at the top of **Work Order Stats** affects only the numbers in that section.

The options are **Last 30 Days** (default), **Year to Date**, and **Last 12 Months**.

> ℹ️ **Tip:** Use the stats date toggle for the period you want to review. The other dashboard sections keep their own fixed scope.

## Work Order Stats

**Work Orders Completed:** Count of completed active work orders in the selected date range, using the work order completed date.

**Average Completion Time:** Average time from work order created date and time to completed date and time for completed work orders in the selected date range. It shows in hours, or in days when the average is more than one day.

**Average Work Order Cost:** Average total cost of completed work orders in the selected date range.

**Total Fuel Cost:** Fleet fuel spend in the selected date range. This is fuel transactions, not fuel charged on a work order.

**Total Service Cost:** Completed work order costs in the selected date range.

**Total Combined Cost:** Total Fuel Cost plus Total Service Cost. It does not include expense entries.

> ℹ️ **Important:** Total Fuel Cost is fuel transactions. Total Service Cost is completed work order cost. Total Combined Cost adds those two numbers and does not include expense entries.

## Current shop workload

**Work Orders Dispatched** shows technicians who currently have open work orders assigned to them. The count is open work orders dispatched to each technician. Technicians with zero open dispatched work orders are not listed. Select a technician to open that technician's work orders.

**Work Orders By Status** shows how many active work orders are in each status. It includes all active work orders, not just open ones. Select a status to open the work order list filtered to that status.

**Work Order Categories** shows current open work only:

- **Assigned:** Open work orders with at least one technician dispatched. Select it to open the assigned work order list.
- **Unassigned:** Open work orders with no technician dispatched. Select it to open the unassigned work order list.

None of these sections is affected by the Work Order Stats date toggle.

## Service items, maintenance mix, and cost charts

**Most Used Service Items** is a donut chart of the top 10 service items used on active work orders. It is based on how many times a service item is added to work orders and is not limited to the stats date range. If it is empty, there are no service items on work orders yet.

**Planned vs Unplanned Maintenance** is a stacked bar chart of completed work orders over the last 6 months, grouped by the **Priority** field: Planned, Unplanned, and Emergency. It uses the completed date and is not affected by the Work Order Stats date toggle. Mechanical and Cosmetic priorities are not included.

**Work Order Cost Breakdown** is a bar chart of completed work order total cost by month for the last 6 months. It uses the completed date and is not affected by the Work Order Stats date toggle. Select a month to open the completed work orders for that month. Users can view or edit a work order in that list if they have permission.
