# Asset Manager

The Asset Manager grid will automatically pull up key Asset stats for your fleet. From the stat card at the top of the page, you can view your total Asset count, active Assets, those that need repairs, out of commission Assets, Sold, Totaled, and No Status assigned. Easily filter this grid to gather information on what you need.

> ℹ️ The Asset Manager will automatically include your custom vehicle statuses that you have added to your account!

## Asset Categories

EKOS allows you to assign Asset Categories to the various assets across your portfolio. There are currently (3) unique Asset Categories available to users:

- Vehicle
- Equipment
- Other Asset

Assigning a category to your assets will provide built-in reporting metrics on the Asset Manager grid, and also give you visibility into the make-up of your portfolio.

## Vehicle Statuses

You can manage your Asset statuses by selecting status templates to add to your service workflow. The following image shows the statuses you can create:

## Vehicle Types

You can manage your Asset types by creating type templates to add all types to your account. Some Asset types including: ATV, Boat, Bus, Car, Forklift, Generator, Loader, Motorcycle, Mower, Other, Tractor, Truck, and Van.

## Vehicle Makes

You can manage your vehicle makes by creating new makes and adding logos for all makes you currently have in the system.

## Vehicle Models

This will display a list of all models you have added into EKOS. From this page you can create a new Model and assign it to your manufacturer list.
