# Fleet Homepage Overview

The **Fleet Homepage** in EKOS provides a centralized dashboard for managing your assets, maintenance, and parts inventory efficiently. This page gives you quick access to essential fleet operations, including work orders, inspections, asset management, and vendor tracking.

## Key Features

### **Quick Actions**

At the top of the page, you’ll find six primary action buttons that allow you to initiate key workflows instantly:

- **Create Work Order** – Log and manage maintenance tasks for fleet vehicles.
- **Start Inspection** – Begin a vehicle inspection to ensure compliance and safety.
- **Create Part** – Add new parts to the inventory for tracking and usage.
- **Create Vehicle** – Register new fleet vehicles within the system.
- **Create Vendor** – Add and manage suppliers for fleet services and parts.
- **Create Purchase Order** – Issue new purchase orders for parts and services.

These shortcuts allow you to jump straight into creating new records without going through menus.

### **Permissions Matter**

If you do not have permission to perform one of these actions, the button will appear **disabled**.

You may need to contact your admin to change your role or access level.

### **Asset Management**

This section provides quick access to vehicle-related management, including:

- **My Vehicles** – View and manage all fleet vehicles.
- **Motorpool Reservations** – Manage shared fleet vehicle reservations.
- **Inspections** – Review past inspections and schedule new ones.

Fleet maintenance is simplified with these tools:

- **Service Reminders** – Stay on top of scheduled maintenance with automatic reminders.
- **Work Orders** – Track and manage maintenance tasks for each vehicle.
- **Driver Issues** – Monitor and address reported driver concerns.

Efficient inventory management is crucial for smooth fleet operations:

- **Parts Inventory** – Keep track of available parts and monitor stock levels.
- **Purchase Orders** – Manage orders for new parts.
- **Vendor List** – Maintain a directory of suppliers.

### **Fleet Status Overview**

At the bottom of the page, summary tiles display key statistics, including:

- **Reminders Needing Attention** – Track due and overdue service reminders.
- **Work Orders** – Monitor open and closed work orders.
- **Inspections** – View the number of completed inspections and failure rates.
- **Parts Inventory** – Track low inventory and out-of-stock items.

# **Setting the Fleet Homepage as Your Landing Page**

You can choose what page EKOS opens to every time you log in.

To set the Fleet Homepage as your landing page:

1. Click your **profile picture** in the top-right corner
2. Choose **Set as Landing Page**

From now on, EKOS will bring you directly here when you log in.


### **Tip:**

You can set **any page** in EKOS as your landing page — not just the homepage.
