# Com Devices View Page

The Com Device View Page provides an overview of a communication device and its connected components, including card readers and tank monitors. This page is designed for site managers and technicians to assess device health, view connected hardware, and troubleshoot issues.

## **Com Device Overview**

This section displays key details about the selected communication device, including:

- Device name and assigned fuel site
- Manufacturer and model
- Status indicator showing if the device is currently active

---

## **Lifecycle & Cost Summary**

Displays service-related information for the com device:

- Years of Service
- Install Date (if available)
- Total Service Cost
- Number of Service Orders

---

## **Diagnostics Panel**

Real-time operational diagnostics for the device:

- Polling Status (e.g., “Polled Today”)
- Last Updated Timestamp showing the most recent communication with the server

---

## **Connected Card Readers**

This table lists all card readers currently linked to the com device:

- Fuel Site and Equipment Name
- Manufacturer and Model
- Serial Number and Firmware Version
- Status (Active/Inactive)
- Options to View or Edit the card reader details

Use the “Add Card Reader” button to link additional readers to this com device.

## **Connected Monitors**

Displays all tank monitors connected to the device:

- Equipment Name and Manufacturer
- Model Name and Monitor Type (e.g., Automatic Tank Gauge)
- Polling Method (e.g., Direct Polling)
- Online Status indicator
- Serial Number and Port
- Connected Device Name
- Current Operational Status

Use the “Add Monitor” button to register additional tank monitors.

## **Editing and Device Management**

Use the “Edit Com Device” button in the upper right to update device details. Select “Create Com Device” to register a new unit.

View the following detailed pages from the left panel:

- Overview
- Details
- Attachments including files and photos
- Oversight including warranty, service history, and audit
