# Manage Departments

Manage departments from the department grid. You can edit and add departments from this screen. You will be able to see the following information:

- Name
- Fleet
- Code
- Default Rule
- Vehicle Makes
- Vehicle Mounted
- Drivers
- Status

---

## Add Department

Enter in the following information to create a department:

- Department Name
- Fleet - select an option from the dropdown
- Status - select an option from the dropdown
- Default Rule - select an option from the dropdown
- Price List - select an option from the dropdown
- Code

Click Create Department
