# Convert a Ticket to a Service Order

In order to convert a ticket in EKOS to a service order, head to the all service tickets grid.

From this grid, select the specific ticket that you want to convert and click on the “convert” button to the left of each ticket. The following screen will pull up showing the details of your service ticket, to convert this to a service order click the “Convert to Service Order” button at the bottom. You can view all of the statuses of your tickets back on the service tickets grid.
