### *Step 1*

Choose the site + enter key service details for tracking. Select a fuel site, vendor, start date, completed date and enter in a description.

### *Step 2*

Enter the Invoice Number and customer PO #.

### *Step 3*

Enter invoice line items by adding parts and labor to calculate your invoice.
