# **Create Service Order**

*Step 1*

Choose the site and enter key service details for tracking. Enter in the information about the customer, site, description, service status, start date, type, and priority.

*Step 2*

Choose your vendor and the PO number if applicable.

EKOS gives you the ability to add additional contacts to service orders. Click the plus button to add an email address on the fly and have EKOS email the service to when you click to send the dispatch. You can add multiple email addresses by clicking the plus button again.

*Step 3*

Enter all line items and notes

*Step 4*

Upload pictures and files and click create

View all your service orders in this grid. Displayed on this grid is the following information:

- ID
- Site
- Type
- Description
- Status
- Vendor
- PO Number
- Created By
- Start Date
- Actions
