Reduce the number of devices you have to maintain and use our digital clipboard from your own phone (Apple or Android). Download the latest version today by clicking the App Store image, or the Google Play image below: > Macro (inline-media-image) > Macro (inline-media-image) After you have downloaded the new EKOS REV app, upon opening the app you will be prompted to log in with your EKOS credentials. Once logged in, you will see the REV home screen as shown in the image below on the right. From here you can choose to either create a new REV session, or to go to all your in progress sessions. ![image](media://98fb431b-8871-4fb6-bf76-b56cf92aef8a) --- ## Create Session When you create a new REV session in EKOS, by clicking on the Create Session button from the home screen you will see the following form. Here you will need to fill out the following information: - Driver Number - Truck Number - Begin Meter - Product - select the product from the dropdown menu Click the create session button. ![image](media://eb56f51e-5344-44aa-abb7-d0e41a9c04eb) --- ## Manage Session After filling out your create session screen and clicking the create session button, the following page will appear. All of the information that you have filled out will now appear at the top of the screen. From here you can end your session or add transactions. ![image](media://ca3bb3f9-aa1a-41e9-b2a8-7c214c509499) --- ## Add Transaction From the manage session screen you will see the option to add a transaction to your session. Click the blue Add Transaction button near the top of the screen. This will bring up the image on the left below where you will select your Product, fill out the Asset Number, enter your Odometer/Hours and then enter in your Units. After you fill this information in, click the “Save” button in the upper right hand corner of the screen to save your transaction. This will bring up the following screen below on the right that has your transaction data listed under the Add Transaction button. If you need to add additional transactions, click the “Add Transaction” button again and enter in the same information. Once you have added in all your transactions, click the “End Session” at the bottom of your screen. ![image](media://a929930c-16ae-4171-a18f-6b341de65906) --- ## End Session After you have started your session, and added in all associated transactions you will click the end session button. This will bring up the following screen where you will then enter your End Meter, Pump Begin, and Pump end. Then you will be ready to close your REV session. ![image](media://6998204f-f70e-458d-a5da-9e85b0ae5f5c) --- ## Completed Session After you have closed your session you will see a completed session screen. From here you will have the option to upload your session to EKOS, or Re-open your session to change or edit any data that you have entered in. If you upload your session, you will receive a confirmation screen upon receipt of your session as shown in the photo below on the right. ![image](media://aa3e930d-e1ad-4efe-9870-27845942cf55) --- ## Menu Navigation EKOS has added in a new Menu navigation which you can access from all pages in the REV app. If you click on the 3 lines in the upper left hand corner you will see our menu which can quickly take you to any of the following pages: - Home - Create Session - In-Progress Session - Completed Sessions - Uploaded Sessions Use this menu to quickly navigate to the page you are looking for.
