# Auth Device Manager

The **Auth Device Manager** centralizes the management of authentication devices across vehicles and drivers. It provides quick access to status, assignment, and technical details to ensure seamless fueling and operational authentication.

### **Top Metrics Overview**

| Section | Description |
| --- | --- |
| **Type Counts** | Total numbers of Vehicles, Drivers, and All Devices combined. |
| **Vehicle Stats** | Breakdown of active vehicle devices by authentication method (Command Prompt, EPI Prompt, Proxy Prompt, Handheld, Vehicle Mounted). |
| **Driver Stats** | Counts of Active Drivers and Users assigned a PIN. |

These key stats allow administrators to monitor system health at a glance.

### **Device List Table**

Each row represents an individual **Vehicle** or **Driver** authentication device. Here’s a breakdown of the table columns:

| Column | Description |
| --- | --- |
| **ID** | Unique identifier for the device entry. |
| **Type** | Device type (Vehicle Mounted or Driver). |
| **Number** | Associated device number (vehicle number or driver ID). |
| **Name** | Name of the vehicle or driver linked to the device. |
| **Auth Number** | Primary authorization number used for authentication. |
| **Fleet** | Fleet or organizational grouping the device belongs to. |
| **Dept Name** | Department assigned to the device. |
| **Number of Strings** | Indicates how many authentication strings are associated. |
| **Auth #2 – Auth #5** | Additional authentication numbers tied to the device. |
| **Custom Field** | Any custom data fields added to the device record. |
| **Status** | Current status (e.g., Active, Inactive) with color-coded labels. |

### **Action Buttons**

- **View**: Opens a detailed view of the device information.
- **Edit**: Allows updating device details such as authentication numbers, fleet assignments, or status.

Above the table, use filters to:

- Search by **Type**, **Number**, **Name**, or **Fleet**.
- Quickly sort and find devices using the dropdown or search inputs.

The Auth Device Manager supports large data sets:

- Use the navigation buttons at the bottom to switch between pages.
- Select the number of entries shown per page (default is 10).
